Trying to download TikTok

I’m trying to redownload TikTok but it keep asking for a payment method when I put my card info in it tells me the payment method is already on the device and even though I went through and canceled all my subscriptions it won’t let me remove the card due to an “active subscription” it’ll let me download any free game with just a face scan

I don’t know why it says iPhone 6 Plus I have a 15 pro max
