I don’t have the gray circle can anyone help please?
So basically when I go on to setting and then control centre and then I see the screen recording but no gray circle.

Here is the default setup at Settings > Control Center.
Note Screen Recording is already included as a control. If you wish to delete it, use the minus sign in the red circle to its left.
If you wish to actually perform screen recording, that is done by invoking Control Center (Settings is not involved).
