" Will damage your computer." error pops up at reboot

First, thank you for the excellent instructions. Indeed I had some suspicious files in the libraries and I deleted them and I emptied the trash and I rebooted the computer. I also found two suspicious files with the names of the error message and got rid of them as well. However, when I reboot that message still pops up but this time only once. When I click ok it goes away and doesn't pop-up any longer, however when I turn off the computer or reboot it that message is back again. I don't seem to be able to get rid of the message (it now only shows up at the beginning when I reboot and when I click ok it goes away).

Any idea what causes that message to still pop up when the computer gets rebooted? Is there anywhere else I need to check? I did go back into each Library folder just to make sure those files are gone, etc. and they are. The only ones remaining are legitimate ones (Adobe, Microsoft, Dropbox and Zoom).

Any tip, trick help is greatly appreciated :-). Thank you.
