I am having trouble accessing my ChatGPT4 Subscription in Windows, while I am signed in fine on my iphone.

I originally started my subscription, on my iphone using my gmail address, with payment from my apple account. As a result, when I signin to the ChatGPT app on my iphone, I signin using the button for Google and enter my gmail address and everything works fine, meaning my subscribed session comes up, and I have that working as I type this entry.

When I went to access that subscription on my Windows desktop, I previously had to use the 'signin with Apple' button and use my icloud email and subsequent authorization, that concludes with my subscribed account in one of the tabs of my session. For some reason, if I sign-out of my session in Windows, and leave it overnight, when I sign back in, the session that loads is a free but limited 3.5 session, instead of my paid subscription screen. This also happened last night but after a few hours I was somehow able to restore my subscribed session on my windows machine.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?
