The movies folder on my Mac mini M1 is showing that it contains 133 gigs, but when I click on the folder to delete files it shows 4 sub-folders with a total of only 3 gigs. I can't find or access the supposed 133 gigs that seems to be taking up all the room on my hard drive.

There are others like GrandPerspective and DaisyDisk, but I prefer OmniDiskSweeper because it uses a simple column view layout that is easy to use.
I would use OmniDiskSweeper to locate the files.

Then I would use the OmniDiskSweeper info to help find the files in Finder and then either move them to an external drive or delete them.
Open a new Finder Window and hop into the Movies folder. Press cmd+2 to switch to list view. Right-click on the header in this view and choose Size from the secondary menu. Then click and drag the size column to the left until it is immediately after the Name or Duration column. When you click on the Size column header, it will sort the Video sizes ascending or descending based on your preference:
