Money deducted from payment app (UPI) But not showing in AppStore purchase history also didn’t got the item purchased

I have bought 60unknown cash on Battlegrounds mobile india but I didn’t received it. It was on 8 December 2023, 9:56 AM. I also have the UPI reference number: 334216890759 the amount was 89Rs. It was also not showing on purchase history in Appstore. I hope will get the refund as soon as possible.
