People I don’t know sign into my Apple ID and remotely download apps to my iPhone

I’m having major issues with people who I don’t know signing into my Apple ID and remotlty downloading apps to my iPhone 13 as well as tricked me into downloading updates that were actually the Xcode and test flight…


how do I get it off my devices please


my identity has been stolen and I’m worried for my sons safety even more now. Some developers app was down loaded to my phone and personal information and pictures were taken off my phone
