I received notification in my credit card mention on purchase bill for itunes and charged 3 times. When I check in purchase history that amount doesn't exist and no bill but charged in my card. I didn't subscribed either.

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you some charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.
But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:
