Then what you need to do is call the bank that issued the credit card that was used for the fraudulent charges. The number to call is usually printed on the back of the card.

Report the fraudulent charges. Your credit card is compromised. This most frequently happens when you swipe your card or insert your chip in a transaction terminal, ATM or gas station pump.

The information is then bundled with hundreds of other compromised cards and sold on the Dark Web. The fraudsters then make counterfeit cards or add the information to their android or Apple devices and make fraudulent purchases from large merchants such as Amazon, Google, and Apple because the account owners rarely check their purchases.

Apple is not a bank. It did not approve any of the transactions. Only the bank that issued the card can approve or decline a transaction. If the card was added to an Apple device for use with Apple Pay, your bank verified the identity of fraudsters and approved the card being added.
