Voice contrl realy distrb me I can't see any video....any docments.....voice contrl is off but when i use any video or any docoment....voice control distrb me....

On what device is this happening? What OS version?
You posted in the QuickTime forum. QuickTime Player is a Mac application. It wouldn’t apply to e.g. iPhone, which you seem to have selected as relevant device for this question.

Is Siri reacting to words that are spoken in a video, perhaps? Possibly someone said something that sounded much like “Siri”, as a trigger word to activate the digital assistant on any of your (other) devices. Is that it?
