Time Machine Issue

Is it normal for Time Machine to say “time machine, is backing up an encrypted disk to an unencrypted disk. Is this normal?

This is normal when you don’t have encrypted your harddisk where the backups are taking place. Via system settings>time machine you can select your backup disk to be encrypted as well if you should want that
