Need to format my Pages so I can a second column.
Typing up a church roster. Need my second column not to get mixed into my left column.

Pages has no discrete column setting and they are designed to flow down the first column and onto the top and down the second column. You could constrain your first column as an enlarged vertical text box with either another on its right, or even a table that can simulate a second column. You can remove all or some table gridlines depending on how you want that to appear.
