Message-Allow this device to access photos and videos

When I plug my phone into my desktop to charge this is the message I get-how do I remove it?

MacBook charges Gusto 3, cannot transfer photos I have a old flip phone that I am trying to get photos off of. The issue im having is that everytime I plug the adapter cord into my macbook, the mac just starts to charge the phone. The phone is a Verizon Wireless Samsung Gusto 3 flip phone.

why does it show a picture of a pc when i try to charge my ipad? i tried charging my ipad and it's showing a picture of a usb and a pc, what does this mean?
