Printer not printing double sided

I have an Epson ET-3760 and for some reason it is not printing double sided, even though double sided is selected in the print window. Is this a Mac issue or an Epson issue?

Mac Mini with Epson ET-3850 printer problem My new Epson ET-3850 has been working well with the Mac Mini until yesterday when I tried to print multiples of a one page document for the first time with the new printer. No matter the number I set for print copies, it will only print a single copy, and there's nothing in the queue afterwards. I've poked around a bit on printer settings but can't find a solution. Epson printer will not print from Macbook Air. Since early this morning I have been working on my Macbook Air to get my Epson printer working again. I completely reinstalled printer drivers, etc. and checked online. It appears that this is a long time issue with Apple computers and it has a negative impact on my ability to use the computer for my writing. Why does Apple allow a serious flaw like this to continue for such a long time? I think that this needs some serious discussion. I can buy a junky windows machine and it will have ZERO printing issues. Apple is a premium brand and an issue like printing needs to be addressed now without silly suggestions such as have you installed whatever correctly. WE NEED A FIX NOW!

Hmm.... Have you tried installing the latest Epson Drives and Utilities Combo Package for Ventura.
