My new Epson ET-3850 has been working well with the Mac Mini until yesterday when I tried to print multiples of a one page document for the first time with the new printer. No matter the number I set for print copies, it will only print a single copy, and there's nothing in the queue afterwards. I've poked around a bit on printer settings but can't find a solution. Any ideas?

If you are on Monterey 12.6 as your profile suggests, then update to the latest Monterey 12.7.3.
If the macOS 12.7.3 update doesn't help, then reset the printing system and re-add the ET-3850.
