Need Help with Erasing iPhone XR Error-7005

I have an iPhone XR and I am trying to erase it and put it to another account. I am getting a (AK Authentication error Error-7005) The other message is: Verification Failed There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server. I am connecting to the internet through my wifi. I know that I am using the correct password to log out of the current Apple ID because we reset it because I thought that was the problem but I am still getting the same message. Help is there a way to hard reset it?

if you have VPN installed on your phone delete the VPN profile and app.

VPN frequently creates more problems than it solves, and there are very few situations where using VPN is a benefit. There are two legitimate purposes for using VPN:

To allow access to a private network such as a school or business when you are not on site.
To allow access outside of a country with a repressive government that has restricted Internet access. (This has become more important in the world we live in)

Any other use is risky, and can lead to problems like this.
