App Store saying my account has been disabled
when i try to update or download any apps on my phone it says my account has been disabled on app store and itunes

Nothing you can do will clear that, other than a discussion with Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
