Files stuck downloading in files app iPhone 15 Pro Max

So I downloaded a bunch of mp3 files for spotify to use on spotify using the “local files” feature. I have about 350 songs. Using the files app, I selected every song I had, and moved it into my spotify folder, about 40 downloaded, and then the rest just gave a loading symbol on them like they are downloading. The same one have been downloading for over an hour now. I’m just wondering if there is a fix or if it is just going to take a while to move them over to the spotify folder. Any help is appreciated.
