I have iPhone 15 Pro Max. In upgrading my phone an import App SmartDrive was not copied over to the new phone. I have tried to download the App again but to no avail. When I find the App in the App Store it is shown with a greyed out button saying purchased. I cannot find a way to down load the App. Help!! This app controls the motor for my wheelchair.

If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.
- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.
I am wondering if you have already downloaded to the phone. If you used any of Apple's restore functions then it may have done that already. If you have purchased it, open the App Store app, click on your icon/image in the top right, then click on "purchased". It should show the list of apps you have purchased. You can "get" one not downloaded, and "open" ones that are.

i have tried the options you suggested and found that i have no restrictions - all settings are allow.
i am not sure if i have been clear in my question. I have purchased an App - SmartDrive MX2 which was working on my previous phone. I have upgraded to iPhone 15 pro max. The App was not downloaded to the new phone. When I search for the App on the App Store I see the App but I am presented with a button that says ‘purchased’ which is greyed out. I cannot find a way to re download this App.
