Since my iphone updated to IOS 17.2 its hanging and not work probably example it takes to long to make search on contacts and same in whatsapp , etc

i too had same issue .. A solution which worked for me -
Go to settings --> Contacts > Siri and search-->Disable Contact suggestions, App in search etc. It worked and now contact search working now.
Restart and other options did not work. Please try disabling siri for contacts temporarily and hope the bug will be fixed in upcoming updates.
