Macbook Pro (2020 intel-based) stuck in bootloop

According to my cousin, she used my MacBook pro and apparently forgot to charge when the battery was low. And it shut down, when she plug the charger then tried to boot it up. It stuck in bootloop, i tried using command+option+R, iirc it should be showing several option, but in my case it was only show internet recovery.

Anyways, i tried the recovery option several times. But it will always stuck in bootloop, sometimes it showing the apple logo (but not the loading bar) and sometimes it show nothing at all.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.4

Did you try simply letting it charge for a couple hours if necessary...?

—rebooting holding the Option key...(?) and re-select the Macintosh HD

I had tried press and holding the shift key for several minutes, but it seems that it doesn't work. Tried press and holding option key, reselect Macintosh HD but it just started bootlooping again.

Also tried to use other shortcut startup, like D keys for diagnosis but it just redirect me to internet recovery somehow.

Note: when "starting the internet recovery" progress bar is full, it just turn off and bootlooping again. While it should be taking me to MacOs utilities if i remember correctly
