MBP 13" 2022, both USB ports stopped working

Hi I have a 2022 MBP, was running ventura but now running sonoma.

I use a USB hub as it only has 2 USB-c ports and I need to use multiple SSD etc as I am a video editor. The hub was working fine last week, but yesterday I logged in and it wasn't picking up my monitor, power from the charger, either of my SSD or my USBa audio interface.

The monitor plugs in via HDMI, other ports are either USB3 or 3.1 in USBa format, charging cable goes in the pass-thru USBc port. I did notice the other month it only seemed to charge via one of the computer's ports (one closest to the user), back one only seemed to pick up weak peripherals such as a USB penstick.

I have tried multiple leads, monitors, 2 different hubs.

I have restarted multiple times, ran diagnostics (no fault code ADP000)

Sometimes it will start charging through the hub and let me plug in a HDD, but it's very intermittent. HDMI just no longer works.

Technically it's a work laptop, I didn't buy the thing, so may have to get them to deal with it.. but would much rather sort this myself!

Attached an Etre report below:

Which is a fair enough, if not overly useful, response. I will be taking it in tomorrow, when I am in the office.

Was hoping that I could get it resolved before then. Plus our IT department are generally not apple-computer friendly. Our department that uses them are seen as a massive PITA.

In the meantime, does anyone have any suggestions of things I can check or try?
