Face ID not working

There is a prompt that there is a problem with the true depth camera in settings when I try to set up Face ID. How can I resolve this? Ambient light and proximity sensors are also working. 3u tools say that all my sensors are working properly except for face id.

On an iPhone model 6? It has just Touch ID (not Face ID).

Assuming your products list is not up to date (and you're talking about a different iPhone model), if you're sure that nothing (case/cover, screen protector, dirt) interferes with your front camera (remove any obstacles, if present), see this support article:--> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro and/or this one:--> If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro

If the issue persists, after performing all the steps provided in the above support articles, contact Apple Support directly, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&SG=SG003&category_id=SC0999&symptom_id=23303 , or make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
