Nope. You can use it as a Credit Card. There are no routing number for the Apple Card, like what you need for a bank account. In addition you cannot transfer money to the Apple Card.
If you are talking about the Apple Cash Card, the same is true for the routing numbers. While you can transfer money in and out of the Cash Card, there are no numbers on the Card that you can give another financial institution to facilitate transactions.
Whenever Bank Account information is needed, such as for Direct Deposit, you will need to provide a Routing Number and Account Number. It is the lack of a Routing Number that makes either card not a substitution for a bank account.
