I have an old Thunderbolt display that just stop working do you all do repair on them?

from one day to the next it just stop working.

You're not speaking to Apple here – just to other Apple users.


According to MacTracker, Apple sold the Thunderbolt Display between July 2011 and June 2016. Since Apple discontinued it more than seven years ago, I believe they would consider it "obsolete" for repair purposes. That means that Apple would not stock repair parts for it, or provide paid repair service for it.


One thing I have read on these forums is that the video cable attached to the Thunderbolt Display can go bad. If that's the problem with yours, running a Thunderbolt cable into the Thunderbolt daisy-chaining port might work around the failed cable.
