I deleted an app on my device and try to get it back from the app store but now i cannot find it!!

So i got an app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and i deleted the app and went into the app store to find it but i cannot find it anywhere!!!

And i tryed adding it from the web but it says a message that says "Restore itunes u?" and it takes me to the app store but it just opens the app store and nothing happens!! Please!!! is there anyone to help?!?!
