I bought used AirPod Pros from a seller on Facebook Marketplace and when i returned back home i paired it and it said "the owner of this item will be able to track this" or something along the lines of that. I called the owner telling him to remove it from his FindMy but i guess he never did. I want to know how to manually remove them from his FindMy because i paid alot for these.

These are the steps the original owner would need to do to remove their Apple ID from the AirPods.
If an item or device is connected to another Apple ID - Apple Support
You will not be able to do this yourself or reset the AirPods with someone else's Apple ID assigned to them. Whenever purchasing from Marketplace, you can never rule out that the AirPods were stolen and the seller is not able to remove the Apple ID either. Hopefully that is not the case and you will be able to work with the seller to resolve the issue.
