MacMini 2012 stuck at black screen with Apple and load bar (complete)

My 2012 MacMini was stuck on the spinning wheel of death and it couldn’t do anything. So I tried turning it off with the button. Now I am trying to boot it up, it has taken 15/20 minutes to get to the full status bar (black page with white Apple and bar) and now it’s stuck. I can barely hear any noise coming from it.

what can I do?
