Flashlight
My flashlight option/Icon is not available. It’s not in the control center either. I used to have a flashlight.

You haven’t told us what model of iPad you have. Anyway, if the Flashlight feature is supported by your iPad, it is accessed from the Control Centre.
Swipe-down from the top-right of the screen, the then tap the Flashlight icon to switch on or off. To change brightness, touch and hold the Flashlight icon.
Only those models of iPad that are fitted with a TrueTone flash (iPad mini6 and iPads Pro) have a flashlight control in the Control Centre.
