I went to a phone store in Boynton Beach mall today and got my screen fixed because it was broken. Once it was fixed it said in settings that it was an unknown part. Now the phone is running slower than normal and I can’t seem to fix the issue. Help please
You probably don't.
You can try making an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store or taking it to an authorized service provider and see if they will do the repair correctly with the right parts.
Don't be surprised if they refuse to service it at all.
Technically, you have forfeited all rights to service or support from Apple because it was tampered with by an unauthorized service provider and non-Apple approved parts were installed.
