Cannot scan document in Notes on iPhone 12 I cannot scan a document in Notes on my iPhone 12 in ios 26.1. No camera, paperclip, or other symbols when open new note. Everything is updated and I do not have a VPN profile. Only the Keyboard opens. I don't know if it worked previously as I never tried it before. How can I fix it? Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer

The various options that you are referring ("the second text menue") to will exist only if your Notes are on iCloud or the "On My Phone" Folder.
