Missing Decimal Point on Banking and Payment Apps

Whenever I use any banking or payment app, the decimal point is not showing. It shows on the keyboard when I'm texting or using WhatsApp. I have tried restarting my iPhone and I've checked which keyboard I'm using and it's correct. It's only on any payment apps. I'm up-to-date with all my settings. Please help. It's extremely frustrating. Thanks.

Some banking apps might be set up so that they expect you to always enter dollars and cents, without typing the actual decimal point. Check whether that's the case for your app.

We are using STRIPE for our online payment and on Android the decimal point is naturally showing.

But if an Apple user tries the very same form, then the decimal point isn't showing.

I don't understand why apple system would do that...
