LED alerts still flashing despite being set to off in settings on iPhone 12.

How to get LED alerts to not come on with clock alarms? LED Alerts are turn off completely in setting but it still flashes. What is causing the override?

How can I make alarm flash the LED on iPhone 15? I recently got a brand new iPhone 15. I don’t hear very well and need to have the LED flash when using the iPhone alarm. (Ha! No need to wake up the whole house when I need to get up and out early.) Setting the LED to flash on alerts DOES NOT work!! Is this a bug with the iPhone 15?
