i have lla model 12pro max but its not showing esim options there no any carrier lock

Dounble tap in Settings>General>About>Model Number... and check your "Axxxx" code with these:

iPhone 12 Pro Max model numbers: A2342 (United States), A2410 (Canada, Japan), A2412 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), A2411 (other countries and regions).

If it is A2412, eSims are not supported (just two SIM cards).

Okay. I suggest that you contact your cellular carrier about that. If everything is okay on their side, then contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service
