Monthly Installment question on Apple Card Mastercard

Want to change my recent purchase to monthly installments. I paid with my Apple Card, but at checkout it did not give me the option to pay in 12 installments as it mentioned in the description of the keyboard. I checked my Apple Card and it just shows one charge for the keyboard, tax, and courier delivery today, and it does not show anything in the "monthly installment" section. If I go to the Apple dot com and view the process, Apple lists keyboards as one of the accessories which qualifies for a monthly installment.

I don't know why it wasn't an option at checkout, but if it wasn't specified at checkout, it won't be interest-free monthly installments.

Apple Card Monthly Installments (ACMI) is a 0% APR payment option that is only available if you select it at checkout in the U.S. for eligible Apple products purchased at Apple Store locations, apple.com, the Apple Store app, or by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE, and is subject to credit approval and credit limit.

You may want to contact the store to see if they can help. Worst case, I think, would be that you would have to return and repurchase.
