Applied Sonoma update and now my iMac 27 will not reboot
Applied the latest Sonoma update. Startup stalls around 50% according to the status bar progress. How do I resolve this issue?

By the way, try restarting in Safe Mode. If your iMac uses a wireless keyboard, please plug the charging cable into the Mac and the keyboard and execute the Safe Mode restart. If it boots, then restart normally and you should be in business.
BTW, do you have any of the following third party apps installed on your Mac?
· Antivirus Apps
· Cleaning Apps
· Security Apps
· VPN Apps
· Maintenance Apps

Shut down the computer and then restart while holding down the power button for about 15 seconds.
Same result. Stalls around 50% of restart
