iPhone 13 mini - cellular hardware issue

I did self repair diagnostic and one test came as problem:

Cellular RF & Cellular RF Front End Scan Test

A cellular hardware issue was detected during testing.

The phone has battery drain issue (even after dfu reset) and in airplane mode then standby is ~2 days. All my other phones have standby of up to 1 week.

Question: How serious is this issue. What does it mean? Can I replace housing to solve the problem?
