Multicam Clip won't collapse

I've created a new Multicam Clip. Double clicked on it and it opened in my timeline. Lined up the two clips with the audio track so everything is sync'd up perfectly... But now, it wont collapse to allow me to start editing. There are NO ARROWS on either side of the CLIP NAME. I've tried to open/close the BROWSER, right click on the Multicam clip in the browser, nothing. The clips name "TEST" in the center, the only "arrow" thats active is the DOWN arrow, and that only allows me to "CLOSE"...

Have you created a project? Press Cmd-N. Make the project to specs that match your multicam clip. Edit the multicam clip from the browser into the project.

For an excellent introduction to FCP start with Steve Martin’s 60 minute intro. For a more in depth introduction use the Izzy video tutorials. The version is a bit dated but the principles are the same.

When you double-click a multicam you are actually opening it in the Angle Editor. It can be a little confusing to first-timers because the Angle Editor displays in the area where the timeline typically lives.

As Tom recommends, those free tutorials will save you lots of time. Another great resource (at least I find them helpful) are the FCP docs. Here's the page on the Angle Editor. Sync and adjust camera angles in Final Cut Pro for Mac - Apple Support (JO)
