i ordered airpod pro max's from my carrier and someone atole my package is there a way to track the airpods? either through the carrier or myself? can i block them from being used?

I placed an online order for apple AirPod pro maxs through my carrier with an installment. Once my package was delivered they were stolen. Can my carrier or myself be able to track them? Is my carrier or myself able to block them from being used ?

Since you were not able to pair these AirPods BEFORE they were stolen, there is no means for you (or anyone else) to track them in the Find My system.

They are totally available to the thief (or to whom they sell them to), to set them up with their own Apple ID. You cannot block them from using it.

You will need to work with your carrier to get reimbursed. However, if they were delivered, and then, stolen from the delivery location, it may no longer be the responsibility of the carrier. Now days, the carrier's delivery person typically takes a picture of the box that they delivered as proof of delivery.
