Hello I’m am trying to change my service to visible and I can’t get the eSIM to activate, can anyone help me please
I’ve tried just about everything… do I need to remove the SIM card that I have now or just leave it ?

Yes, remove the SIM from your old carrier before you set up the eSIM from your new carrier.
Also, make sure your phone isn't carrier locked to your old carrier.
