MacBook internal SSD drive not recognized by Disk Utility

I wiped the MacBook (MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, 4 TBT3)) to sell it. It was working fine 2 weeks ago, turn it on and it is waiting to be setup like a new Mac.

Haven't done anything in those 2 weeks except plug it in occasionally to keep it charged. Opened it today and got the ?. So I turned it off, then turned it on with Command-R, entered my network & password, it did Internet recovery then gave a menu and I chose Disk Utility.

Disk Utility only shows the boot disk, not the SSD drive. Did First Aid and no errors were reported. Restarted got the same thing, did the same sequence. Then I Shut Down.

Turned it on and still got the ?. Went into Disk Utility, still only sees the boot drive, not the actual SSD hard drive.

Can this be fixed? How?
