What’s New in Home Pop-Up

Every time I go to Home Kit on my iPhone I get the Pop-Up about “What’s New in Home” and it lists the same thing over and over again. It is frustrating that nothing is mentioned online about it. I have an iPhone XS and an iPad. It does not happen on the iPad, only the iPhone.

new HomeKit Setup popup in iPadOS 15.6 Every morning -- the first time I use my iPad -- since updating my (gen7) iPad to iPadOS, I see the following popup: I keep Cancelling out of that, but what the heck is that about? I've never used HomeKit. Months ago I offloaded the Home app as well as making sure it was turned off for iCloud in Settings -> Apple ID -> iCloud -> Home.
