Apple watch. Can I be the one that’s being watched?

I noticed that I wasn’t receiving calls, notifications and my screen on my iPhone was black this morning I didn’t wear my watch to bed . Couldn’t get the control center to open finally did saw that on focus there were some icons. Hours later my watch started vibrating and now I noticed that messages dated back from November were showing up anybody got any ideas? Can somebody be watching my watch?

Unless someone knows your Apple;e ID & password, no-one should the able to hack into your watch. For more info, see:

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
