T-Mobile and upgrading on apple.com
I upgraded a week ago on the apple website but financed through T-Mobile. I returned the device on Friday. I called T-Mobile today to see why my EIP wasn’t adjusted. I was told that they needed tracking info for my return, which was a store pickup. This is a complete nightmare. How can I get tracking info for an order that was store pickup and returned in store?
