brightness increases scrolling on TikTok on some clips

I have an iPhone 14 Pro with the ios 17.2 update, when I scroll in the tiktok application or in youtube shorts, the brightness increases strongly even in low light conditions, there is a setting that I can activate or deactivate. I tried to turn off the automatic brightness but still the same problem This problem was also before I updated ios 17.2.

my ipad screen dimming without affecting the darkness when watching stuff the screen dims without affecting the brightness like a short frame when watching netflix or youtube. this only happens when there are bright images though. this started only after i updated to ios 26

iPhone 17 iOS 26.3 continually dimming screen brightness? iPhone 17 running on iOS 26.3 continually dimming the screen brightness. Most noticeable after using from Nightstand mode but is now continually doing it after pushing the brightness back up. If I take the brightness up to a little over 50% and then the next time I go back to open the phone it will be down to around 30%. Auto brightness is off, adaptive power is off, tap to zoom is off. Possible iOS 26.3 bug?
