Problem with ear speaker when play whatsapp voice note on ear speaker

I have a problem with my iPhone 13, it happens when I play a

WhatsApp voice note on my ear not on speaker, I hear a robotic noise but it

doesn’t happen all the time. Once I switch to speaker and then back to the ear

speaker it becomes normal. It happens like per day 5 times. I am very disappointed

and I purchased my device 1 month ago. How can I fix this and is anyone facing

the same problem on WhatsApp? I need a solution, please…

Can it be, that the audio message has not been downloaded completely, if you play it through the speaker at the top of the display?

Did you already force restart your iPhone after the latest iOS 17.2 update?

from research, users have been complaining about this bug for at least 2020, and it's still here. Don't give it any weight, you just need to know that it's not the device, if you replace them you won't solve it because the bug is WhatsApp.

Don't worry, it's a WhatsApp bug, I have it too with my iPhone 15.

it's as if the server downloaded the audio incorrectly on the first listen, and this can also happen with a voice note that has already been listened to if some time passes.

Don't worry, you are not the only one, I have read many reports like yours, only Meta can fix this bug.

If this only happens using WhatsApp voice messages, the issue can only be related to WhatsApp.

Can you test voice messages in iMessage to rule that out?

this happens only with WhatsApp voice notes, because I am mostly using WhatsApp, when happen this problem I try with Botim but no issue, also I am not receiving more messages in Botim that's why I can't troubleshoot. this problem does not happen all the time per day 3 to 4 times some day one time.

I will try to use Botim for 2 days I will check if this problem happens or what.
