When quick starting to transfer all data from my previous iPhone 7, it seems there is a problem with my Apple ID identification which does not allow the process to go through.I've restarted 10 times already and getting very annoyed.

Is the iPhone 15 completely updated? There was a bug in quick start in early versions of iOS 17. To be safe, I transferred my data using an iCloud backup instead of quick start when setting up my new iPhone 15 pro last month
