Iphone 13 overheating since latest update

My iPhone significantly overheats and the screen doesn’t respond sometimes (lags or acts slow). I have no cracks or any damage to my iPhone physically. Ever since I updated it to iOS 17 and the continuous updates along it, my phone overheats 24/7, from when I’m on a phone call, to app usage, and even while charging.
