Trouble sleep and do not disturb options are set but still getting notifications during the night. Sleepless….what do I turn off or on. My Apple Watch vibrated every hour on the hour last night.

Firstly favourite contacts can by default disturb you. Turn that option off in iphone Settings, Focus.
Re the hourly thing, go to iPhone, Watch app, My Watch tab, Clock turn off chimes

Still getting notifications on my Apple Watch when "do not disturb" is on
