Notifications getting through when "do not disturb is on"

Apple Watch is set to "do not disturb" for one hour every Sunday morning. One person's texts ALWAYS make my watch ding during that time. She is not an emergency contact. This only happens with that one contact.

Can anyone shed some light on this issue? Thanks.
